![]() No mention about it not being able to find the Digital Editions folder. The response was that the error 2038 sometimes occurs when the connection is lost while downloading the ebook and with steps to how to try to fix it so that one particular ebook would open in my library. I love when they don't really read what you wrote but skim - I put more or less the exact same thing as my first post, adding a bit more since it said to be as detailed as possible. I opened a case with Adobe before I left on my trip, and just got a reply this morning. I moved it to the empty Documents folder though, and it didn't work there either. I tried moving the folder to Documents, although I'm fairly certain that my Documents is tied to my G drive, which is also where the folder was before I upgraded and it worked fine. I've tried looking on the adobe site but that hasn't helped either. So.has anyone else had this problem, or have any idea how to fix it? I'm running Vista if that helps.
